I use QuickBooks to process payroll for my clients. This reliable software provider ensures that all withholding tables are up-to-date. It also allows for direct deposit of your employees’ paychecks. If you or your employees prefer a physical check, I can provide those as well. I have software which allows me to print blank check stock, and I can use this to print the paychecks.

I can record any deductions which are applicable to your company. I will supply you with each liability amount so that you may remit payment to each counterparty (retirement plan trustee, tax withholding jurisdictions, health insurance provider, etc.).

I will provide payroll tax reports to ensure filing compliance. I am familiar with filing requirements for several jurisdictions in and around Columbus, in addition to federal and Ohio rules.

At the beginning of our relationship, I will charge an hourly rate for these services. Once I have an understanding of your specific requirements, I will charge a flat fee. This process will help your budgeting and ensure that I do not overbill or underbill you for my time.
